We hope this message finds you safe in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The City of Glennville is actively working to ensure the continued operation of essential services, including water and sewer systems, and to keep all roads open and passable for the safety and convenience of our residents.
We would like to announce that storm debris from trees only can be brought to the designated disposal site on Cloverdale Road, the open field area behind Badcock Furniture Store. The City and the County are using the same site location just two different piles of debris. If you reside within the city limits, please ensure debris is placed in the city-designated area. Those living in the county should place debris in the county-designated area for proper disposal.
