Welcome to the City of Glennville Website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Network, including our SMS messaging features, tools, and related services. By registering an account, accessing our sites, or opting into our SMS features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Network.

  1. Eligibility and Account Registration
  • Account Creation: To access certain features or sub-sites on the Network, you may be required to register an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the Network Administrator immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • Age Requirements: By creating an account or subscribing to our services, you represent that you meet the minimum legal age requirement to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  1. SMS Messaging Features and User Consent
  • Program Description: The Network provides SMS messaging features, allowing site administrators and users to send or receive automated text alerts, notifications, reminders, and communication logs.
  • User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in, you agree to receive text messages from the Network.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received, based on your mobile carrier plan. The Network is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.
  • Stop and Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS alerts at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received from the Network. Upon receipt of your “STOP” message, we will send a final confirmation text and cease sending further SMS communications to that number unless you re-subscribe.
  • Help Support: For assistance or technical questions regarding text delivery, you can reply “HELP” to any message or contact the Network Administrator directly.
